The services of the ‘Point of single contact’ as offered by the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and the Hamburg Chamber of Handicrafts are subject to charges.
The Hamburg Point of Single Contact may be contacted through two joint branch offices, i.e. with the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and the Hamburg Chamber of Handicrafts, both personally or be phone.

The tasks of the point of single contact are performed by the two branch offices.
FEES
The Point of single contact will deal with your request individually; this service may save a good deal of time and work spent for administrative procedures. You may contact the PSC any time; it will inform you about the state of the procedure and your options for actions. The PSC will charge you for these services strictly on the basis of the actual amount of work performed for you. Please contact us if you have further questions about the fees charged by the PSC, or for first information that will be provided free of charge and without obligation.
The following charges will apply:
1. Internet: Information under ‘Point of single contact’:
free of charge.
2. Personal advice or advice by telephone, written information, information by electronic means
up to 30 minutes free of charge,
thereafter for each commenced 15 minutes 9 EUR up to a maximum charge of 90 EUR.
3. Complete processing of procedures and formalities
for each commenced 15 minutes 9 EUR
up to a maximum of 25% of the fee to be charged by the competent body for all processed procedures, however, not in excess of 360 EUR.
4. For subsequent withdrawal of the application for the processing of procedures
for each commenced 15 minutes 9 EUR
up to a maximum of 25% of the fee to be charged by the competent body for all processed procedures, however, not in excess of 180 EUR.
