By an online questionnaire service providers may find out the procedures that will be relevant to their activities in Hamburg.
The ‘procedure finder’ section describes particularly frequent procedures. These are, particularly, procedures connected with commercial activities (trade and industry law), inns and restaurants (and the respective statutory regulations), the special use of public streets and ways, for instance, for placing signboards, chairs, tables or for displaying goods.
In the ‘procedure finder’ section you will be asked questions about your intended establishment and performance of services in Hamburg. Depending on your answers, you will be informed about the respective procedures and the appropriate administrative bodies. This will give you the opportunity to obtain information and- if you wish so - to handle procedures directly with the appropriate body and/or through the Hamburg Point of Single Contact (additional fee).
