You should log in using one of the listed routes (e.g. BundID) or register for a new personal service account. You will then be guided through the whole application process online. Finally you will be asked to upload the relevant supporting documents and click on send.
Please note that your should have all necessary documentary evidence ready in digital form (e.g. scanned) before you start filling in your online application. As soon as you submit your application, your data from the housing benefit application will be available in the processing office’s system. Using the online application thus helps to ensure that applications can be processed more quickly overall.
